My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean and had a strong scent of cigarettes. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city with plenty of good restaurants around. However, there were some issues with getting to the entrance due to limited stop & check-in spots available. The service was courteous and helpful, with staff wearing Ithaca College gear, but they were not super knowledgeable. The dining options were good, but more choices in the lobby would have been nice.

Staying at the hotel was a bit pricey for a summer weekend, even though it came with breakfast despite the cost of over 400 a night. The regular king room was spacious and modern, offering a comfortable stay close to all Downtown Ithaca attractions.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was right in the heart of the city with plenty of good restaurants around, and the view overlooking the pedestrian plaza of central Ithaca was lovely. However, the room faced another building-in-progress. Kudos to the guest service representative who graciously upgraded my parents to a suite.
